Can I use several domains and sending inboxes?
Yes. Connect your domain’s sending inboxes and choose the sender for each campaign. You can run campaigns across multiple connected inboxes and domains. Campaigns on the same inbox share its limits.
Can campaigns keep working while I’m away?
Launched campaigns send and follow up in the background, within your configured windows and limits. Scheduled discovery can keep finding leads for your review queue. New discoveries are not automatically added to a sending campaign.
Is every email personalized?
For a personalized campaign, XAVIOR writes an individual draft using your campaign brief and the context available about the recipient. You review the first letters before starting. Sparse records get simpler messages.
Will emails always land in the Primary inbox?
That cannot be guaranteed. The recipient’s provider and inbox settings determine placement. XAVIOR sends from your connected inbox and applies sending controls; it does not control Gmail’s categories.
Where do I find leads?
Visit leads.xavior.ai to search public business and professional records. You can also use an existing list in XAVIOR.
